What To Expect
- Sunday | Day 1|Arrival in Tokyo – Transfer to Kawagoe
Arrive at Narita or Haneda Airport and transfer to Kawagoe (approx. 80–100 km, 1.5–2 hrs). Check in at a traditional inn or modern hotel. Free time in the evening to explore the nostalgic old streets or visit a local izakaya.
Accommodation: Kawagoe Prince Hotel / Kawagoe Tobu Hotel / Hatago Coedoya - Monday | Day 2|Kawagoe Cultural Day (Crafts・Onsen・Kimono・Historic Streets)
In the morning, take part in a hands-on chopstick-making workshop. In the afternoon, dress in a kimono and stroll through Kawagoe’s historic streets around the Bell Tower. End the day with a relaxing soak in a local onsen.

- Tuesday| Day 3|Mt. Fuji Day Trip from Kawagoe (Chureito Pagoda・Oshino Hakkai)
In the morning, depart from Kawagoe to the Mt. Fuji area (approx. 110 km, around 2 hours). Visit Arakurayama Sengen Park and climb to Chureito Pagoda for a panoramic view of Mt. Fuji. Then, head to Oshino Hakkai to stroll through the clear spring waters and traditional village atmosphere. In the evening, return to Tokyo (approx. 2 hours) and check in to your hotel in the city.

- Wednesday | Day 4|Tokyo Free Day
On your free day, explore the trendy streets of Shibuya, Omotesando, and Daikanyama for a taste of Tokyo’s fashion and design scene, wander through Yanaka Ginza for a nostalgic glimpse of old Tokyo, or head to Roppongi Hills to enjoy contemporary art and stunning city night views. The following day, you’ll head to Osaka to begin the Kansai portion of the journey.

- Thursday | Day 5|Tokyo → Osaka (Shinkansen + Free Exploration)
In the morning, take the Tokaido Shinkansen to Osaka (approx. 350 km, around 2 hours). Enjoy scenic views of Mt. Fuji and the countryside along the way. Upon arrival at Shin-Osaka Station, a private transfer will take you to your hotel in the city center. In the afternoon, enjoy free time to explore Osaka — we recommend visiting Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, or Umeda to experience the city's vibrant energy and food culture.

In the afternoon, continue exploring Osaka at your own pace. Recommended spots include Osaka Castle and the Umeda Sky Building. No intercity travel needed, making it a relaxed and flexible day.

- Sunday | Day 8|Departure from Osaka – End of Tour
Check out after breakfast. Transfer to Kansai International Airport on your own (approx. 50 km, 1 hr). No airport transfer is included. We recommend taking Nankai Railway, JR line, or airport limousine bus. Extended stay options available upon request.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel up to 31 days in advance of the experience for a full refund. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following penalties: 30+ days before departure: No penalty.
- 30-15 days before departure: 25% of the total price.
- 14–8 days before departure: 50% of the total price.
- 7-4 days before departure 75% of the total price.
- 3 days or less before departure: 100% of the total price. If airfare applied, cancellations may incur additional fees and are subject to airline policies.
- Changes to Reservations: Land: Changes to your reservation may incur a $50 administrative fee plus any additional charges. Transfers to a later date or another participant are allowed without penalty if requested 14+ days before departure.
