What To Expect
- Sunday | Day 1:Arrival in Tokyo – Transfer to Kawagoe
Arrive at Narita or Haneda Airport and make your way to Kawagoe by train or pre-arranged private transfer (available upon request).
Check in at your hotel and settle in.
Afternoon|Strolling the Old Town, Start exploring Kawagoe’s iconic Kurazukuri Street, Toki-no-Kane (Bell Tower), Ichibangai shopping street, and the nostalgic Candy Alley. Enjoy Edo-style architecture and sample local treats like sweet potato snacks and senbei crackers.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel up to 31 days in advance of the experience for a full refund. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following penalties: 30+ days before departure: No penalty.
- 30-15 days before departure: 25% of the total price.
- 14–8 days before departure: 50% of the total price.
- 7-4 days before departure 75% of the total price.
- 3 days or less before departure: 100% of the total price. If airfare applied, cancellations may incur additional fees and are subject to airline policies.
- Changes to Reservations: Land: Changes to your reservation may incur a $50 administrative fee plus any additional charges. Transfers to a later date or another participant are allowed without penalty if requested 14+ days before departure.
