After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, please proceed to the designated MOVE JAPAN Meeting Point at Terminal 2.
Detailed meeting instructions, photos and maps will be provided after booking confirmation. Recommended arrival at meeting point: Within 30 minutes after baggage collection.

Flight Delays
We monitor scheduled flight arrivals.
If your flight is delayed, your pickup time will be adjusted accordingly at no additional charge.
Please ensure that your flight number is entered correctly during booking.
MOVE JAPAN is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect flight information provided by the passenger.
Airport Arrival
Passengers are required to proceed to the designated meeting point after baggage collection and customs clearance.
Detailed pickup instructions will be provided after booking confirmation.
Waiting Time Policy
Airport pickup includes complimentary waiting time following your actual flight arrival.
Additional waiting charges may apply if:
- The passenger delays exiting the airport after baggage collection.
- The passenger cannot be contacted.
- The passenger requests additional waiting time.
No-Show Policy
Passengers who fail to arrive at the designated pickup location within the complimentary waiting period may be considered a no-show.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

MOVE JAPAN reserves the right to adjust vehicle type based on passenger numbers and operational requirements.
Cancellation policy
Free Cancellation
Full refund will be provided for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellation Fees
- 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 12 hours before pickup: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
No-Show Policy
If the passenger fails to arrive at the designated pickup location within 90 minutes after the actual flight arrival time and cannot be contacted via phone, WhatsApp, WeChat or email, the booking will be considered a no-show.
No refund will be provided.

Rescheduling
- More than 24 hours before pickup: Free rescheduling (subject to availability)
- Within 24 hours before pickup: Additional charges of JPY 1,000 per person may apply depending on the requested change.

Driver Confirmation
Your driver or dispatch team may contact you 1–2 hours before pickup to confirm your transfer details.
