Acquiring tickets was hassle-free, and the carriage interiors were well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The train staff added warmth to our voyage with their friendliness and good service. All the new, nice cars and excellent drivers who can speak English with us. We were welcomed at the airport with the board and our names were signed and held on the driver's hands at the arrival gate outside of the building at the paging board pick-up area. The other trips with them were excellent too, thanks David for the smooth and nice trips with your nice drivers.

The evening began with a lively bar car, complete with a guitarist, where we enjoyed excellent drinks and appetizers. As the sun set, we witnessed the stunning beauty of Victoria Falls from the bridge linking Zambia and Zimbabwe. An impressive dinner in the dining car ensued, accompanied by fine wine. The train’s grand, old-style charm enhanced the entire delightful experience.

A very competent driver that navigated perfectly in the Hanoi traffic, and the service beforehand was outstanding. Can only recommend Them.
