What To Expect

  • Day 1: Hanoi - Ha Long - Explore the Bay

    Morning

    Company representative welcomes the group at the meeting point at Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Then the group completes procedures to board the flight to Hanoi.

    Arrive in Hanoi, tour guide will pick up the group and depart for Ha Long. 

    The group had lunch at a local restaurant.

    Afternoon

    Tour guide and car take the group to the tourist pier, start the journey to explore Ha Long Bay .

    The first stop is Thien Cung Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long. Visiting this place, visitors will admire the sun palace cave with countless stalactites and stalagmites in the shape of attractive animals. 

    Next, the group admired Dau Go Cave - a cave with a history associated with Tran Hung Dao's war against the Yuan-Mongol army in 1228. 

    Along the cruise, you will be immersed in the poetic nature, admiring the paintings bestowed by nature such as: Dinh Huong Islet, Ga Choi Islet, Cho Da Islet,...

    At the end of the cruise, the ship takes the group back to the mainland. Then the group returns to the hotel to check in, rest and have dinner.

  • Day 2: Ha Long - Ninh Binh - Trang An - Mua Cave

    Morning

    You have breakfast and are free to explore the coastal city of Ha Long .

    The group can have fun at Bai Chay beach . This is an artificial beach located along Ha Long Bay, attracting many visitors, especially during the beach tourism season.

    The group checked out and then moved to Ninh Binh.

    Arriving in Ninh Binh, the group had lunch and checked in to rest.

    Afternoon

    You will go to the wharf to take a boat to visit Trang An Scenic Complex. This place has a poetic and charming landscape of majestic mountains, a rich flora system and many historical relics. The tour to Trang An lasts about 2 hours and will take visitors to explore the mysterious caves of Hang Sang  ,   Hang  Toi  ,  Hang Nau Ruou...

    If there is time, the tour guide will take the group to visit and explore Hang Mua (ticket at your own expense). After conquering 500 stone steps, you will admire the peaceful but extremely splendid panorama of Hoa Lu. During the lotus season, don't forget to prepare lovely outfits to take beautiful romantic pictures here.

    The group dined at a local restaurant with specialty mountain goat dishes.

    Evening

    You are free to walk around, shop, and explore Ninh Binh at night.

  • Day 3: Ninh Binh - Ha Nam - Tam Chuc - Hanoi

    Morning 

    After breakfast, you check out and get on the bus to Ha Nam to visit Tam Chuc Scenic Complex .

    The group will experience a boat ride on the largest natural lake in Vietnam. After experiencing the boat ride to see the beautiful river scenery, you will visit the small island and Tam Chuc communal house. The architecture of the communal house is extremely delicate, bearing the bold architectural features of Northern temples and pagodas. The group can worship and pray for good luck here.

    The group had lunch at a local restaurant.

    Afternoon

    The car took the group back to Hanoi.

    Arriving in Hanoi, you will visit Ba Dinh Square - a place that preserves many glorious vestiges of the Vietnamese people after the war. This is where Uncle Ho read the "Declaration of Independence, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam".

    Next, the delegation visited Tran Quoc Pagoda - the oldest pagoda in Tran Bac in Vietnam. With a history of more than 1,500 years, the pagoda is associated with many sacred legends about West Lake and Truc Bach Lake.

    The car will take you to visit Hoan Kiem Lake - Sword Lake. The lake is the connecting point of the famous old quarters in Hanoi. The lake is also a typical symbol of the capital of a thousand years of civilization.

    Free to explore Hanoi at night.

  • Day 4: Hanoi - Sapa - Fansipan

    Morning

    After breakfast, the group checks out and visits Uncle Ho's Mausoleum . Here, visitors will have the opportunity to explore the massive, majestic architecture. The group visits the inside of Uncle Ho's Mausoleum to remember his great contributions. 

    Then the group departed for Lao Cai. On the way, the group enjoyed the beautiful scenery on the Northwest route.

    The group had lunch at the restaurant, then continued to Sapa, checked into the hotel and rested.

    Afternoon

    The group visits Cat Cat - Sin Chai Village . Here, you will learn about the unique customs of ethnic minorities. In particular, the natural scenery here is also extremely poetic and lyrical. The group can take ethnic style photos here.

    After that, the group visited Cat Cat Waterfall and the Hydroelectric Plant , a project built by the French in the early 20th century. The scenery here is extremely majestic, extremely suitable for memorable virtual life photos.

    The car takes the group to the Stone Church - the most complete French architectural work in Sapa. The church is located right in the center of town and is where the traditional Love Market takes place every Saturday.

    The group had dinner at a local restaurant.

    Evening

    The group is free to explore Sapa town at night, enjoy typical dishes of ethnic minorities in the Northwest region: Thang Co, bamboo rice, grilled pork, grilled sweet potatoes, grilled corn, participate in entertainment activities, foot massage, karaoke, bar...

  • Day 5: Sapa - Fansipan - Lao Cai - Hekou - Hanoi

    Morning

    You have breakfast and check out, get on the car to visit and conquer Fansipan peak .  "The roof of Indochina" is more than 260 million years old, standing at an altitude of more than 3000m. Visitors experience the cable car to conquer the top of the mountain to see the beautiful panorama of Sapa from above (cable car fee is self-sufficient). This is also a check-in location sought after by tourists in Sapa. 

    Stepping out of Fansipan station, you will arrive at Ha Pagoda (Thanh Phong Thien Tu), where you can write a prayer for your family. On the journey of 600 steps to the top of Fansipan, you will admire the tallest bronze Amitabha Buddha statue in Vietnam (21.5m) and explore outstanding spiritual works such as Kim Son Bao Thang Tu, Dai Hung Bao Dien, 11-storey stupa,...

    In addition, the group can experience additional services according to personal needs (at their own expense) such as: taking the Rhododendron Mountain train or enjoying tea at Van Son Tea House.

    The group stopped to rest and have lunch at the restaurant.

    Afternoon

    The group took souvenir photos at Ha Khau Border Gate - the place bordering China. After that, you will visit and shop at Coc Leu market with items such as clothes, shoes, seasonal specialties, take souvenir photos at Lao Cai - Ha Khau International Border Gate with milestone 102 bordering China. 

    The group departs for Hanoi.  Upon arrival at Noi Bai airport, the group has a light dinner.

    Evening

    The car takes you to the airport, the tour guide will help you check in ( flight after 20:00 ) - Say goodbye and farewell, ending the 5-day, 4-night Northern tour program.
