What To Expect

  • Day 1|Thursday|Arrival in Osaka – Hotel Check-in

    Arrive at Kansai International Airport and transfer to central Osaka (approx. 50 km, about 1 hour by car). Free station-to-hotel transfer is available upon request. After check-in, enjoy free time in the evening to explore Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, or nearby areas.

    • Day 2|Friday|Osaka Cultural & Culinary Day (Sushi Making × Sake Tasting)

      In the morning, participate in a sushi-making and sake tasting workshop (approx. 2 hours) led by a local chef. In the afternoon, explore Osaka at your leisure — suggested spots include Osaka Castle, Umeda Sky Building, and Kuromon Mark.

      • Day 3|Saturday|Free Day (Recommended Kyoto or Nara Day Trip)

        Enjoy a full day of free exploration. Optional self-funded day trips to Kyoto or Nara are available, with highlights such as Fushimi Inari Shrine, Kiyomizu-dera, Nara Park, and Todai-ji Temple. Alternatively, stay in Osaka for shopping and leisure.

        • Day 4|Sunday|Shinkansen to Osaka → Transfer to Kawagoe

          In the morning, take the Shinkansen from Osaka to Tokyo (approx. 2 hours). Upon arrival, a private transfer will take you to Kawagoe (approx. 1 hour). Check in to a local inn and enjoy free time in the evening to explore Koedo’s historic district.

          • Day 5|Monday|Kawagoe Cultural Experience Day (Chopstick Making × Kimono × Onsen)

            In the morning, join a traditional chopstick-making class. In the afternoon, dress in kimono and stroll through the Kurazukuri district and the historic Bell Tower area. In the evening, enjoy a relaxing onsen experience.

            • Day 6|Tuesday|Mt. Fuji Scenic Day Trip (Chureito Pagoda × Oshino Hakkai)

              Today, depart for the Mt. Fuji area (approx. 2 hours by car). Visit Chureito Pagoda for panoramic views of Mt. Fuji and stroll through Oshino Hakkai, a peaceful village known for its clear spring water. Return to Tokyo in the evening.

              • Day 7|Wednesday|Free Day in Tokyo

                On your free day, explore the trendy streets of Shibuya, Omotesando, and Daikanyama for a taste of Tokyo’s fashion and design scene, wander through Yanaka Ginza for a nostalgic glimpse of old Tokyo, or head to Roppongi Hills to enjoy contemporary art and stunning city night views.

                • Day 8|Thursday|End of Tour – Transfer to Airport or Extend Stay

                  Today, check out and end the tour. Travelers may proceed to Narita or Haneda Airport independently. JR trains, local rail lines, and airport limousine buses are recommended. If you wish to extend your stay in Tokyo, additional arrangements can be made upon request.

                  Cancellation policy

                  You can cancel up to 31 days in advance of the experience for a full refund. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following penalties: 30+ days before departure: No penalty. 

                  • 30-15 days before departure: 25% of the total price. 
                  • 14–8 days before departure: 50% of the total price. 
                  • 7-4 days before departure 75% of the total price.
                  • 3 days or less before departure: 100% of the total price. If airfare applied, cancellations may incur additional fees and are subject to airline policies.
                  • Changes to Reservations: Land: Changes to your reservation may incur a $50 administrative fee plus any additional charges. Transfers to a later date or another participant are allowed without penalty if requested 14+ days before departure.
