What To Expect
- Day 1|Thursday|Arrival in Osaka – Check-in & Free Time
Arrive at Kansai International Airport and transfer to your hotel in central Osaka After check-in, enjoy free time to explore nearby areas like Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, or Namba. Dive into the energy of Osaka’s neon-lit shopping arcades and bustling food streets.
- Day 2|Friday|Osaka Culinary & Cultural Experience (Sushi Making × Sake Tasting)
In the morning, take part in a hands-on sushi-making workshop (approx. 1 hour) led by a local sushi chef. Learn traditional techniques, from preparing ingredients to shaping and plating. In the afternoon, join a guided sake tasting session (approx. 1 hour). A sake expert will introduce the brewing process and key varieties, followed by tasting of several regional sakes. In the evening, enjoy free time for dinner. Head to Dotonbori or Shinsekai to sample Osaka’s famous street food like takoyaki (octopus balls), kushikatsu (fried skewers), and okonomiyaki (savory pancakes).
- Day 3|Saturday|Nara Day Trip
Spend the day in Japan’s ancient capital, Nara. Visit Nara Park and meet its famous free-roaming deer. Explore the majestic Todai-ji Temple, home to the Great Buddha, and experience its spiritual atmosphere. In the afternoon, stroll through the lantern-lined paths of Kasuga Taisha Shrine, surrounded by ancient trees and stone lanterns. A relaxed day combining nature, history, and tradition.
- Day 4|Sunday|Free Day in Osaka
Enjoy a full day at your own pace to explore the vibrant city of Osaka. Visit Osaka Castle Park for panoramic views, or stroll through lively districts like Umeda and Shinsaibashi. Don’t miss the chance to try local street foods such as takoyaki, kushikatsu, and okonomiyaki. Optional one-day tours to Kyoto or Nara are also available for those seeking more cultural experiences.
- Day 5|Monday|Departure from Osaka – End of Tour
After breakfast, check out and end your journey. Guests are free to travel to Kansai International Airport on their own. We recommend using the Nankai Railway, JR lines, or an airport limousine bus. For those extending their stay in Osaka, we’re happy to assist with additional bookings upon request.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel up to 31 days in advance of the experience for a full refund. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following penalties: 30+ days before departure: No penalty.
- 30-15 days before departure: 25% of the total price.
- 14–8 days before departure: 50% of the total price.
- 7-4 days before departure 75% of the total price.
- 3 days or less before departure: 100% of the total price. If airfare applied, cancellations may incur additional fees and are subject to airline policies.
- Changes to Reservations: Land: Changes to your reservation may incur a $50 administrative fee plus any additional charges. Transfers to a later date or another participant are allowed without penalty if requested 14+ days before departure.
