Our Role as a Land Operation Support / DMC


As a land operation support provider and DMC, our scope includes:

  • Ground handling and operational coordination for group tours and FIT programs arranged by overseas agencies
  • Itinerary planning support conducted in cooperation with overseas partners, based on their product requirements
  • In-destination coordination support, including guides, transportation providers, and local operators
  • Assistance in product development for cultural workshops, guided activities, and regional experience programs

All travel-related services are provided directly by independent third-party service providers.



B2B Digital Support Tools

In addition to operational coordination, we provide B2B-oriented digital support tools to assist our overseas partners, including:

  • A service information database with reference inventory for agency use
  • Multilingual and multi-currency interfaces utilizing third-party payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal
  • White-label arrangement interfaces and API connections for overseas agency systems
  • Reporting tools for service status confirmation, review reference, and administrative payment tracking

These tools are designed solely to support coordination, information management, and communication between overseas partners and Japanese service providers.

This authorization does not include:

  • the conclusion of travel contracts,
  • the sale of travel products, or
  • the collection of travel participation fees from end customers.
