We did a nice trip with Hanoi Car to Sapa. All trips were excellent and helpful driver. Our car was cleaned and comfortable with provided mineral water. All good and safe, thanks. Highly recommend this company!
The Family Express Train promised—and delivered—a convenient and comfortable ride from Hanoi to Sapa. Acquiring tickets was hassle-free, and the carriage interiors were well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The train staff added warmth to our voyage with their friendliness and good service. A special mention for the beautiful landscapes that the route offered, making the entire train travel experience, not just a means of transport, but a part of the destination itself.
All the new, nice cars and excellent drivers who can speak English with us. We were welcomed at the airport with the board and our names were signed and held on the driver's hands at the arrival gate outside of the building at the paging board pick-up area. Boarding the new Livintrains for our expedition from Hanoi to Sapa, we were instantly immersed in luxury. The evening began with a lively bar car, complete with a guitarist, where we enjoyed excellent drinks and appetizers. As the sun set, we witnessed the stunning beauty of Victoria Falls from the bridge linking Zambia and Zimbabwe. An impressive dinner in the dining car ensued, accompanied by fine wine. The train’s grand, old-style charm enhanced the entire delightful experience.
