3. Clarification of Non-Applicable Terminology

For the avoidance of doubt, Connecting Plus Co., Ltd.:

  • Is not a travel agency
  • Is not a tour operator
  • Does not plan, sell, or operate package tours
  • Does not sell travel products to the general public
  • Does not conclude travel contracts with end consumers

Any terminology previously used or interpreted as implying the above activities is hereby corrected and superseded by this notice.

4. Nature of Services Provided

The services provided by Connecting Plus Co., Ltd. are limited to:

  • Travel-related arrangement and coordination support
  • Introduction and coordination of independent third-party service providers
  • Administrative and operational assistance provided on a B2B basis only

All travel services (including accommodation, transportation, guiding, or activities) are provided directly by independent third-party service providers or overseas travel agencies.

Connecting Plus Co., Ltd. does not act as the contracting party for such services.

5. Booking, Sales, and Payment Disclaimer

Connecting Plus Co., Ltd.:

  • Does not accept direct consumer bookings
  • Does not issue booking confirmations to end travelers
  • Does not set or publish travel package prices
  • Does not issue tickets, vouchers, or travel participation certificates

Any payments processed in connection with arrangements are handled through third-party payment service providers or directly between the contracting parties.

6. Effect of This Correction

This correction:

  • Supersedes any inconsistent wording previously used in marketing materials, website content, or informal descriptions
  • Does not expand or alter the legal scope of the company’s registered business
  • Does not constitute an amendment to any existing contracts, unless expressly stated in writing

All parties are requested to rely on this corrected terminology when referring to the legal status and activities of Connecting Plus Co., Ltd.

This correction notice shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
