Health & Fitness Requirements
Participants must not have heart conditions or other serious medical issues. A moderate level of physical fitness is recommended due to walking and stair-climbing at certain sites.
Tour Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 2 participants is required for each tour day to proceed. If the minimum is not met 2 weeks before the scheduled date, or due to operational issues, the activity may be canceled.
Itinerary Adjustments
The daily tour order may change based on road, weather, or operational conditions.
Traffic & Timing Considerations
Arrival times at each location may vary depending on traffic and seasonal conditions. Delays are possible; thank you for your understanding. Guests who are late for the scheduled departure will have their reservations canceled. Please arrive on time.
Children’s Policy
Children under 5 years old may join free of charge but will not receive a bus seat or meal. If a seat or meal is required, book under the child rate.
Meals
Meals include Japanese-style dishes with meat and fish. Special dietary requests (e.g., Muslim-friendly, gluten-free, or allergy-friendly) cannot be accommodated.
Additional Guidelines
To reduce environmental impact, vehicles will not idle with engines running while parked. Odd-numbered groups may share seating with other participants during bus tours. Seatbelts must be worn at all times while on board vehicles.
Parental Permission & Age Restrictions
Participants under 18 must provide written parental consent. Children under 15 or not yet in middle school must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel up to 31 days in advance of the experience for a full refund. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following penalties: 30+ days before departure: No penalty.
- 30-15 days before departure: 25% of the total price.
- 14–8 days before departure: 50% of the total price.
- 7-4 days before departure 75% of the total price.
- 3 days or less before departure: 100% of the total price. If airfare applied, cancellations may incur additional fees and are subject to airline policies.
- Changes to Reservations: Land: Changes to your reservation may incur a $50 administrative fee plus any additional charges. Transfers to a later date or another participant are allowed without penalty if requested 14+ days before departure.
