Additional Services & Fees
- Extra Stops – Additional fees apply for multiple destinations.
- Extended Waiting Time – Extra charges may apply if the free waiting limit is exceeded.
- Excess Luggage Handling – Additional fees may be required if luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity.
Cancellation policy
- Free Cancellation: Full 100% refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellation Within 24 Hours: 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Within 12 hours before pickup: 100% cancellation fee, no refund.
- No-Show Policy: If the passenger does not show up within 90 minutes after the scheduled pickup time and does not contact the driver or customer support, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
- Rescheduling Pickup Time: More than 24 hours in advance: Free rescheduling (subject to driver availability). Within 24 hours: Changes may be subject to an additional fee of ¥500 - ¥1,000, depending on the situation.
- Notification Method: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via Phone / WhatsApp / WeChat / Email for any changes or cancellations. The driver will contact the passenger 1-2 hours before pickup to confirm the trip. If there are any issues, please respond as soon as possible.
