Cancellation policy
You can cancel up to 60 days in advance of the experience for a full refund.
* The cancellation:
- Cancel 46 days to 59 days before the departure date: 20% booking amount charge
- Cancel 45 days to 30 days before the departure date: 35% booking amount charge
- Cancel 29 to 16 days before the departure date: 50% booking amount charge
- Cancel 15 days before the departure date: 100% booking amount charge
- No show: full charge
The refund will be made to the credit card you originally used for purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking with a prior notice. In such a case, a full refund of 100% will be credited to your account.
* The amendment:
- If you would like to change your departure date, we will provide support at no charge if you inform us at least 30 days before your scheduled departure.
- Any changes made within 30 days of departure will incur a fee ranging from 10% to 70%, depending on each specific case.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
