Ta Lang Pass - Ha Giang is considered one of the most dangerous roads in the border region. On the 7.5km long pass, there are up to 45 passes and 50 sharp turns, more than half of which are hand crabs. Combined with a steep slope, this is probably considered a big challenge for drivers.

Lung Cu flagpole

Lung Cu flagpole is located on top of Dragon mountain at an altitude of 1,470 meters above sea level. As one of the four extreme points of the country, Lung Cu flagpole in Ha Giang marks the northernmost point of the country.

The flagpole was restored and rebuilt in 2010, carrying a 54 square meter red flag with a yellow star symbolizing 54 ethnic groups flying at a height of more than 33 meters. Lung Cu flagpole has an octagonal body design with eight blue stone reliefs at the base of the flagpole simulating the motifs of Dong Son bronze drums and heroic historical pages of the nation.

To reach the flagpole, visitors will go through 839 steps and admire the charming landscape of mountains and water gradually appearing.
